The mission of FindFirms is to connect buyers and sellers of business services. FindFirms website helps buyers in finding best service providers for their specific needs, including by providing profiles and market leaderships of such companies. We also help service providers in marketing their businesses and services. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to FindFirms, Eruditeinfo TechSolutions Private Limited, 4th Floor, BTH, Jhalana Gram, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (India). The term “you,” “users,” “buyers,” or “service provides” refers to users who visit the FindFirms website (“FindFirms.in”) and contribute content to FindFirms via the Website, email, telephone, or otherwise.

Before using FindFirms services, read the Terms of Use (“Terms”) thoroughly. It is a legal agreement directing your Use of FindFirms website and services. Including rises to that and stocks made available within.

By using the FindFirms website, signing up on FindFirms, collecting information from FindFirms such as analysis publications, using the FindFirms Mobile application or Website, Contributing content to FindFirms by any way including by posting information on the Website, replying to a survey, presenting an email or engaging in a telephonic interview, you, your representatives, and assigns accept to bound by these terms. FindFirms Privacy Policy, and Review’s Guidelines, and any relevant FindFirms invoice’s (Collectively, the terms)

Account Signup and Registration

As a section of your usage of the Services, you may have the possibility to create a FindFirms account. You are liable for your account and accept to give, upon signup, and at all times, secure, accurate, recent, and total information. FindFirms holds the right, in its sole preference, to decline to retain Accounts for or give Services to, any individual. FindFirms holds the right to suspend or cancel your account if any data provided during the signup process or at other points prove to be incorrect, not the latest, or inadequate. You are accountable for securing the confidentiality and security of your profile information, including your username and password. You will instantly notify FindFirms of any unlawful use of your account. FindFirms cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or harm resulting from your negligence to comply with this division rightly.

User Content 

Your Liability For the Content You Submit 

The Services may allow you to contribute, suggest, upright, upload, or otherwise make accessible via the Website, emails, telephones, online reviews, or contrarily content such as articles, comments, messages, and other material (commonly, “User Content”) that may or may not be viewable by other users 

You accept and agree that you are entirely liable for all User Content you present. Once User Content is submitted, it cannot be removed. Any User Content you provide must be correct and up to date. You acknowledge that you have all the fundamental rights to submit, manage, or distribute such User Content without disrupting any third-party licenses.

You understand all chance for any User Content you present, including anyone’s faith upon such User Content. You may present yourself to account if you contribute User Content that is inaccurate, misleading, libellous, disrupts any third-party right or the contractual limitation or contains illegal material. You accept that you will pay, support, and hold gentle FindFirms for all claims resulting from User Content that you offer, including but not limited to allegations claiming slander. We maintain the right, at our own risk, to think the exclusive defence and power of such disputes. In any case, you will contribute with us in supporting any available arguments.

Your additional support and acknowledge that we reserve the freedom, in our sole preference, to reject, move, edit, or withdraw any User Content that is provided to the Services for any reason or no reason, but we do not allow the obligation. For example, we may withdraw a review if we, in our individual choice, believe it violations our Review Guidelines. FindFirms has no obligation to retain or give you copies of the User Content.

Your Opportunity in Handling User Content

You accept and acknowledge that we do not support, adopt, endorse, or approve User Content and that you must assess and bear all risks connected with your use of or confidence on User Content. Linking to any products, services, methods or other data, by trade name, trademark, business, supplier or otherwise and any ranking on the Services does not establish or imply approval or endorsement thereof by FindFirms. User Content and rankings consist of the views of third parties and may include mistakes. FindFirms makes no promises regarding the nature, correctness, or reliability of any User Content or rankings on the Services. You also agree that by using the Services, you may be presented to User Content that you may consider obscene or offensive. 

From time to time, FindFirms may provide incentives to promote users to submit reviews. Any such incentives are not reliant on whether the review is positive or negative.

FindFirms is under no duty to administer the Terms on your behalf. You may notify FindFirms if you believe another user has broken the Terms; however, FindFirms holds the right, in its sole concern to investigate breaches of and implement the Terms.
